Who is this for?

Anyone who wants to support mental health at work — from all-staff awareness (Level 1) through to designated mental health first aiders and supervisors (Level 2 and 3).

Description

A range of Ofqual-regulated First Aid for Mental Health qualifications, from Level 1 awareness to Level 3 supervising. Learners develop the knowledge to recognise the signs of common mental health conditions, start a supportive conversation, and signpost someone to appropriate help — building a workplace where mental health is taken as seriously as physical health.
