1

Tell us what your people actually do

Job roles, risk profile and headcount decide the course — not a catalogue page. A low-risk office needs Emergency First Aid at Work; a manufacturing floor almost certainly needs the full three-day First Aid at Work.

Takes about two minutes on the phone
2

We map it to a regulated qualification

You get a written recommendation naming the exact course, level, duration and how many sessions/trainers your group size needs — plus what it costs.

Quote by email, no obligation
3

Delivered your way, around your shifts

Depending on the course, training is delivered on-site at your premises anywhere in the UK, at one of our venues, or online. Where it helps, we build the practical scenarios around your own equipment, layout and tasks so it lands with the team.

Early, late and split sessions available
4

You get the certificate that proves it

Certificates and attendance records land with you ready for your training matrix — the evidence an inspector, insurer or principal contractor will ask to see. Most stay valid for three years.

Renewal reminders before expiry
02  Sector requirements

What your regulator
is actually looking for.

The training obligation changes completely depending on the setting. Select yours to see the driver, the courses that typically satisfy it, and the gap organisations most often get caught by.

Care & supported living

Safe care, evidenced person by person.

CQC assessment turns on whether staff are competent for the people they support — and whether you can show it. Moving and handling people is the area most often found wanting, because generic manual handling training doesn't cover it.

Primary driverCQC care standards, supported by HSE guidance and the Fire Safety Order for the premises.
Common gapStaff hold general manual handling but not people-handling; mental health and safeguarding training undocumented.
Refresh cycleThree years for most regulated qualifications; people-handling competence reviewed more frequently.

04  How it works

Three steps.
No surprises.

From first conversation to certificate in hand — a deliberately short process, because compliance training should be the least complicated thing on your desk.

01

Initial consultation

We talk through your roles, risk profile, headcount and any regulator or contract driving the requirement — then recommend the specific qualification, in writing.

  • Course, level and duration named
  • Sessions calculated for your headcount
  • Written quote, no obligation
02

On-site delivery

A qualified instructor comes to your premises at a time that fits your operation. Small groups, hands-on practice, and your own scenarios and equipment where it helps.

  • Any group size accommodated
  • Scheduled around shift patterns
  • Tailored to your workplace
03

Compliance & certification

Certificates and attendance records are issued so your training matrix is current and defensible. Most accredited qualifications remain valid for three years.

  • Nationally recognised certification
  • Records ready for inspection
  • Reminders before expiry
05  Standards

Why the certificate
actually holds up.

Anyone can run a session and print a certificate. What matters is whether the qualification is regulated, whether the delivery was competent, and whether you can prove both.

Regulated qualifications

Ofqual-regulated, nationally recognised

The majority of our courses lead to qualifications sitting on the regulated framework — the same recognition an inspector, insurer or awarding checker is looking for. Most remain valid for three years.

Ofqual NEBOSH IOSH IFE-accredited
Group size

Any group size, accommodated

Groups are kept small enough that everyone actually gets hands-on with the manikin, the extinguisher or the equipment — not watching a demonstration from the back of the room. Larger teams simply get more trainers or more sessions, not a compromised standard.

Multiple trainers available for larger teams
Coverage

We travel to you, UK-wide

Training is delivered at your premises anywhere in the United Kingdom — no travel costs for your team, no lost productive days sending people off-site.

Regulatory alignment

Built around the rules that apply to you

Our courses align to the Health and Safety (First-Aid) Regulations 1981, the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, HSE guidance, EYFS and Ofsted requirements, and CQC care standards.

Tailoring

Your scenarios, your equipment

Where appropriate we build the practical elements around your own workplace tasks, layout and kit — so the training maps onto the job rather than a generic classroom example.

06  In their words

What clients say
about the delivery.

The consistent feedback is about two things: that the training was technically precise, and that it left the organisation genuinely more compliant than it was that morning.

Technically excellent and clearly compliance-focused. The trainer knew our obligations better than we did and made the practical elements genuinely useful rather than a box-tick.
James WilsonOperations Director
Booking was straightforward and the session fitted around our shift pattern without disrupting operations. Certificates came through promptly and went straight into our training matrix.
Sarah JenkinsHR Manager
Precise, professional and pitched at exactly the right level for our team. Small enough groups that everyone actually got hands-on, which is the part people remember.

08  Common questions

The things people
ask us first.

We deliver training anywhere in the UK; either on-site at your premises or at our dedicated venues. Whether you want to eliminate team travel costs or prefer a focused environment away from workplace distractions, we build the schedule around your shifts to make compliance effortless.

Course capacity depends on the course and delivery method. For in-person regulated courses, some courses accommodate up to 12 learners per trainer, while others accommodate up to 16. Online courses can accommodate up to 20 learners, and our non-regulated courses can be arranged for larger groups. If your group exceeds the usual limit, please get in touch as we can arrange additional trainers or sessions to meet your needs.

Many of our courses lead to nationally recognised, regulated qualifications, including Ofqual-regulated qualifications, through our awarding partners. We also offer selected professional and industry-recognised training, subject to the relevant course and accreditation requirements. As the qualification level, awarding organisation, and certificate validity vary by course, full details are provided upon enquiry.

Most accredited qualifications are valid for three years. Some awareness certificates need refreshing more frequently — fire marshal training typically every one to three years depending on your risk profile, and asbestos awareness annually. We'll tell you the refresh cycle for whatever you book.

Absolutely. Where appropriate we use your own workplace scenarios, tasks and equipment so the training is directly relevant to your team's day-to-day work. Practical relevance is what makes training stick — and what makes it defensible if it is ever scrutinised.

Get in touch with your preferred course, delegate numbers and location and we'll confirm availability and price. Early booking is recommended, particularly for multi-day courses such as the three-day First Aid at Work — but if you're working to a deadline, call us and we'll tell you honestly what's achievable.

Yes. Several of our courses include dedicated refresher or requalification options — for example First Aid at Work Requalification (FAWR), a two-day route to renewing an existing certificate for another three years rather than repeating the full three-day course.

That's the most common enquiry we get, and it's genuinely part of the service. Tell us about your workplace, your roles and any regulator or contract driving the requirement, and we'll recommend the courses that meet it — in writing, so you have something to work from.

Ready when you are

Let's get your team trained, certified and covered.

Tell us your sector, your headcount and your deadline. You'll get a straight answer on what you need and what it costs — usually the same day.
