This notice explains how Training & Certification Solutions collects, uses and protects your personal data when you use this website or enquire about our training services.
Who we are
Training & Certification Solutions Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides accredited health, safety and first aid training to organisations across the UK. We are registered in England and Wales, company no. 17094848, with our registered office at 1a George Street, Wolverhampton, WV2 4DP. For UK data-protection law, we are the data controller for the personal data described in this notice.
What data we collect
When you submit an enquiry or contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp, we may collect your name, contact details, organisation, course interest, approximate delegate numbers and the information you choose to give us. If you book training, we may also need delegate names, training-location information and relevant accessibility information necessary to deliver training safely.

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Cookies and advertising measurement
We use essential storage to remember your cookie choices. With your consent, we use Google Ads and related Google technologies to measure advertising performance, understand which website interactions lead to enquiries and, where enabled, support relevant advertising.
We ask for your choice before enabling non-essential Google Ads or analytics storage. You can accept, reject or change your choices at any time through the Cookie settings link in the footer.
When optional measurement is enabled, we may record pseudonymous information such as pages visited, course or sector interactions, searches, filter choices, clicks on contact methods or quote buttons, device/browser information and campaign source. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, enquiry messages or other free-text form content to Google Ads through website tracking.
Sharing and retention
We share data only where necessary with our website host, email provider, relevant awarding bodies and consented technology providers acting within their own stated roles. We may also disclose information where required by law.
- Unsuccessful enquiries: up to 12 months.
- Client and training records: generally for the duration of the relationship and up to 6 years afterwards.
- Certification records: for the period required by the relevant awarding body.
- Consent records: for as long as needed to remember and demonstrate your choice.
Security
We use HTTPS, access-controlled systems and appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect data. No internet transmission is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect against unauthorised access, loss or misuse.
Your rights and complaints
Under UK GDPR, you may have rights to access, correct, erase or restrict use of your data, object to certain processing, obtain data portability and withdraw consent. To exercise a right, contact us below; we normally respond within one month.
