Anyone working in or around a food environment who handles low-risk or wrapped food, or supports food handlers — including front-of-house, retail and warehouse staff.
Description
A foundation course introducing the essential principles of food safety and hygiene. Learners gain an awareness of the main food safety hazards and the everyday good practices that keep food safe, providing a strong base for anyone new to a food environment.
