Immediate Management for Anaphylaxis (Level 3)

Who is this for?

First aiders, healthcare professionals, education and childcare staff, and anyone working in environments where individuals at risk of severe allergy are present and adrenaline auto-injectors may be available.

Description

A focused course providing the knowledge and practical skills to recognise anaphylaxis quickly and manage it safely until emergency help arrives. Learners cover recognition of symptoms, use of adrenaline auto-injectors, positioning and ongoing monitoring of the casualty using an ABCDE approach.

Certification
Ofqual-regulated FAA Level 3 Award in Immediate Management of Anaphylaxis (RQF), valid for 3 years.
